- Join the Beta: your email and selected answers about your group, used to evaluate and contact you about beta access.
- Contact: your email, optional name and message, used to respond to your enquiry. Contacting us or requesting beta access does not subscribe you to product updates.

Storage and email processing
Website submission records are stored in Canada for up to 12 months. We also record the submission type, request identifier, applicable notice or consent version, and creation and expiry timestamps.
Email delivery is handled by Resend, which processes your email address and selected answers in the United States. For contact enquiries, this also includes your message and any name you provide. Messages are sent only to the DivvyUp team at ravin@divvyup.ca and kice@divvyup.ca; your email address is used as the reply-to address. Email copies are separate from the Canadian submission record.
Analytics and technical information
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only when enabled for the website and you accept it. You can change your choice using Cookie choices on the homepage. We do not send form fields, email addresses, message text, payment details or URL query parameters as analytics events. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Submission records do not include your IP address, user agent, cookies or analytics identifiers. Website infrastructure may process technical request information to serve and protect the site; form details are not included in application diagnostic logs.
Your choices and requests
To ask us to remove your submission or email correspondence, withdraw product-update consent, or ask a privacy question, email ravin@divvyup.ca and kice@divvyup.ca. Tell us which email address you used, but do not include sensitive information. We may need to verify your request before taking action.
